Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of increase of power production efficiency and processing of agricultural production. Ranges of change of speeds are determined and the estimation of power efficiency of realization of high-speed modes of agricultural technologies is lead. Mathematical and physical models of the regulated electric drives which will allow to investigate influence nonlinearity, multicoherent character of the asynchronous electric motor. Block diagrams of management are developed by the electric drive at realization of different laws of regulation. The proved ways of correction of rigidity of mechanical characteristics of coherent systems of the electric drive which work in product lines preparation of forages. It is shown, that at increase in loading correction on a pressure is energetically effective, at reduction of loading - on frequency. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches complete sets of an electric equipment for realization of high-speed modes of technologies are developed: creations of a microclimate in poultry-farming premises, pneumatic transportation of products milling at the flour-grinding enterprises, an intensification of processes of transformation of energy in systems maintenance with a cold, preparations fodder medley.
