The new apparatus complex able to perform the simultaneous measuring of ozone total content and vertical distribution of ozone concentration with the optimal time intervals for nadir geometry in accordance to the ground-based receiving equipment state was developed and carried to actual tests in open space. The optical-physical double monochromators with suppression factor of parasite dissipated UV radiation 10-6 for space UV-spectrometers was theoretically grounded and created. The new jet piercing conception for the contact penetration in the deep interior of the Earth's lithosphere using the nuclear reactor as heat-generator for thermal energy providing the melting process of refractory layers is proposed
