Essay

The thesis gives the theoretical conclusion and a new solution of the scientific problem that shows universal mechanisms of the digestive organ system damages (parodontum, salivary glands, stomach, pancreas) at pathological processes in its different areas in dependence on the body typological peculiarities. For the first time the possibility of using the predecessors of NO biosynthesis - L-arginin for the correction ot the pathological changes in the parodontum tissues at the stomach peptic ulcer has been grounded. The effectiveness of the experimental pathogenic therapy, which corregates universal mechanisms of the oral cavity organs and other areas of the digestion system's damage proves their close interrelation and the common formation of the pathogenic chain of these damages. The modificators used having neuroregulatory influence with the preventive aim - thyroliberine, glutapirone - prove this statement. Their parallel positive influence on stress-nonresistant animals is clearly seen in the analysis of the metabolic changes in all the digestive system areas studied.
