The dissertation is devoted to a problem herpesvirus infection at pregnant women. The purpose of work is decrease in frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications at women of this group on the basis of studying clinical current of pregnancy, sorts and a condition of newborns, a functional condition foetusplacental complex, system immunity, a hemostasis and ehrytropoesise, virologic and microbiological features and microbiozenosise sexual ways, and also development and introduction of a complex prognostical, medical - preventive and rehabilitation actions. New aspects patogenesise foetusplacental insufficiency, preeclampsyia and anemias of pregnant women at women with various forms herpesvirus infection are established on the basis of studying interrelation between a functional condition foetusplacental complex, a condition of system immunity, to a hemostasis and ehrytropoesise. The role recedive forms herpesvirus is shown an infection in genesise developments obstetrical and perinatal complications. All this has in aggregate allowed to develop and introduce stage-by-stage practical recommendations and algorithm of actions of the doctor on decrease in frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with different forms herpesvirus infection.
