Tkachenko L. Pecularities of functional reserves forming of the coil miner's body and the ways of their increase

Object for study - functional reserves of coal miners' body. The aim of the work was to establish the conformities of functional reserves of the body forming dependent on conditions and time of their work and scientific ground, working out and application of prophylactic and application of prophylactic and rehabilitational measures for safety and reserves' increase differential to physiological, biochemical, psychological and other characteristic signs of a specific worker. Methods of studies - hygienic, physiological, biochemical, physiological-ergonometric, mathematic and method of neuronet modeling, which include correlational, regressive and claster analyses. The dissertation dedicated to the establishment of conformities forming and expenditure of miner's body functional reserves in dependence on vibrodanger and heating microclimate, nature of occupational activity and linghth of service in the unfavourable conditions. Complex value of regulatory systems of the worker's body has been given. It hasbeen determined that coal miner's labour conditions cause an expressed tension of the central of regulation. It is accompanied by the stability decrease of the coal miners to the physical, neuro-emotional, heat loads and functional reserves. An integral index of functional reserves has been worked out complex of prophylactic and rehabilitational measures by their increase has been grounded.
