Vydyborets S. „Iron deficiency anemia in clinical picture of inner diseases: metabolic disorders and their correction”

The theoretical general conclusion and the new solution of the scientific problem which is to reveal the mechanisms of the development of secondary metabolic disorders accompanying the forming of anemic hypoxia and iron deficiency syndromes caused by iron deficiency anemia coupled with such diseases of internals as ulcer, pancreatic diabetes, autoimmune thyroiditis, chronic bronchitis have been presented in the thesis. The complex biochemical study in patients with iron deficiency anemia which allowed to determine secondary metabolic disorders which cause the syndrome of endogenous metabolic intoxication are of high priority in the study. The application of drugs with antihypoxic, membranestabilizing and anti-oxidant actions for the complex treatment of combined pathology of internals and iron deficiency anemia favours early elimination of secondary metabolic disorders.
