Essay

The thesis is devoted to the direct synthesis of the potent anticonvulsants among malonic acid derivatives. The anticonvulsant substances' combinatore library was obtained at the result of the synthesis of some groups of symmetric and non-symmetric aryl(alkyl)amides of malonic acid and investigation of their pharmacological activity. The most effective compounds were determined, among that substance for preclinic investigation was choosen. Detrmined molecular physico-chemical parameters of the substances synthesized were correlated with pharmacological screening data for the discovering of the relationsheeps "structure-anticonvulsant activity", the most prognostic factors were noted. For the most perspective substance - Dibamk - preclinical investigation were carried out. The physico-chemical and chemical properties were studied; on their base standardization of substance and capsule dosage form was carried out
