Yatsenko V. The strategy of providing the effective development of agricultural and processing spheres of ASU Ukraine

Research objects - the process of development of agrarian and processing spheres of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine as well as on the example of functioning of agro-industrial complex of Cherkasy region which is the leader in reforming of agrarian production and has a significant potential in the processing of agrarian raw materials. The aim of research - scientific and theoretical substantiation of methodological concepts and strategies concerning the supply of effective development of agrarian and processing spheres of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine during the marketing transformations in the economy. Methods - dialectical, monographic, abstract and logical, static and economic, structural and functional, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results - the complex research of the development of agrarian and processing spheres of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine has been developed along with the substantiation of conceptual analysis of their functioning and methods of further effective development. The strategical ways of analysis and regulating investment innovation activity in agriculture and food processing industries are defined. The methodology of functioning of prior conditions of agrarian development, processing and trade has been proposed. The interactional economic scheme between these branches and infrastructural formations has been worked out. The basic strategies of innovation in agriculture and the ways of investment security of agrarian economy during the marketing concepts have been defined. Scientific novelty - the conceptual approach to defining a prospective regional model of agrarian economy capable of providing efficient agro-industrial complex development has been considered; the new approaches to the regulation of AS production volume are defined according to the inland consumption and the increase of sale in foreign market; the work of methods of mathematical prognostication and simulation with regard to the functioning of the Ukrainian enterprises of agrarian, processing and food spheres has been defined; strategical approaches to the process of food products formation in the regions of Ukraine have been proposed; the strategy of AS processing branches and their raw material sources is developed ; two-stepped (state and regional) system of import of raw materials and export of ultimate products has been offered; the strategical methods of intensification and improvement of export potential in processing sphere of Ukrainian agro-industrial complex have been worked out. Degree of an intrusion - the results and conclusions of the work are applied by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy, General Committee of Agriculture and Food in Cherkasy Regional State Administration, Association "Cherkasyzykor", General Committee of Economy in Cherkasy Regional State Administration, agrarian enterprises in Korsyn-Shevchenkovskyi (Cherkasy region), "Ukrainian Credit Bank" (Cherkasy office) as well as in educational process of a number of higher educational establishments.Sphere, sector of use - agricultural economics and agro-industrial complex.
