Essay

The object of research – patogens, cousing toxicoinfections, tods for salmonellosis diagnostic and toxicoinfections prophylaties. Targets investigation - tioretical and practical approvement, establishing and application of methods and tods for diagnostic, monitoring and prophylactic of toxicoinfections of salmonellosis and echerichiosis etiology for obtaining of sanitary safe production. Methods: retrospective epizootological analysis, bacteriological, serological, biochemical, molecular-genetical, statistical methods, biological experiments. Scientific news: were studies spreading and ethiological structure of food toxicoinfections in Ukraine; were establish connections between level of product contamination by different pathogens, which causing toxicoinfections and stage of epidemiological situation; were studied epizootical specialities of animal salmonellosis and level of spreading of different serovars and phagotypes of animal salmonellosis the Ukraine; were studied of spreading level of shigotoxinproducing strains of E.coli between productive animals; were obtained new datas, concerning vivability of feed toxicoinfections pathogen in nature; theoretically underlined and proposed new methods of salmonellosis diagnostic, and methods of pathogen indication in food stoff of animal origin by PCR method ; studied influence of different toxicoinfection phatogenes on quality features (biochemical and biological) of meat; studied special moments of dynamies of uey methabolites in blood, enzyme activity and level of antioxidant gap in dynamic under conditions of experimental infection of pigles with Salmonella pathogen, this study widening and dearing modern understanding of mechanisms of toxicosis development in infected organism; establish of biological value of meet, obtaining from animals, seeleed with salmonellosis and colienterotoxemy; theoretical and practically investigated and developed new ecology-safe technology of decontamination of food stuff of animal origin from, Salmonella by phage insertingand confirmed it”s effectiveness. The degree of introduction – of the base of obtaining results were developed and officially approved of new Ukrainian technical conditions, instructions of application and manufacturing of test-hit “Sal-test” for Salmonellosis indication by PCR (polymerase chain reaction); inproved of methodic, concerning animal salmonellosis prophylactic and instruction of bacteriological diagnostic of salmonellosis with new data of biological diagnostic of pathogen; were proposed method of meet production decontamination from salmonella by implementing phages, totally safe for human health; were obtaining pathent of new strain Echerichia coli, which producing shigotoxin type 2 (Stx 2). Sphere of implementation - is veterinary medicine.
