Panasyuk I. Scientific bases of designing of technological processes of processing of footwear details and accessories from polymeric materials and metals

The thesis is devoted to the creation of scientific bases and general ways of designing of technological processes for finishing processing of small footwear details and accessories in planetary drums. The solution of this scientific and technical problem is essential for the purpose of increase of labor productivity on these operations and forecasting of technological result at the design stage. The mathematical models of movement dynamics of working medium particles in various kinds of planetary drums are developed. On the basis of models formulas for definition of speed of particles movement in a drum and working forces are received. Interactions of a processable detail with particles of various forms in a working medium are determined. The quantity of a material, which leaves from a detail at finishing processing in a planetary drum, is defined. Analytical methods for calculation of finishing processing duration are received for removal pouring gate from polymeric details and for grinding and polishing in centrifugal installations. Algorithms for designing of technological processes and equipment, computer program for calculation of technological parameters are developed and used for finishing processing of footwear details and accessories in planetary drums.
