Dissertation is devoted to the elaboration of theoretical fundamentals of projecting of resource-saving technology for reprocessing of waste from genuine leathers. The object is reprocessing of waste from genuine leather in fiber of given size. The goal is the elaboration of scientific fundamentals of creation of resource-saving technologies of reprocessing of genuine lathers waste, which will enable defining the most rational technological schemes, constructive and force parameters of equipment for receiving and use of fibers of given size in materials and products in footwear industry. The methods are line theory of viscoelasticity with wide use of theory of differential and integral equations, numerical methods, probability theory and mathematical statistics, regressive and correlation analysis. The novelty is the elaboration of scientifically grounded method in defining of most rational technological and constructive parameters of equipment for reprocessing of waste in fiber of given size. As a result the method of defining of technological, constructed, and force parameters in devices for reprocessing of waste from genuine leather is proposed, the main constructive, force, and technological parameters of pectinate, rolling, and hammer devices for reprocessing of waste from leather materials are defined, brand new constructions of technological devices for reprocessing of waste from leather materials are improved and developed, technologies of reprocessing of waste from natural leather are introduced
