Essay

3 Dissertation is devoted to the solving of the actual phlebology problem - treatment of severe forms of chronic venous insuffience of lower limbs. Based on the investigations of the macrohemodynamic and microcirculation bed, tissue changes, in the area of trophic processes distrubances and neutrophilis functional activity, caused by these chenges, there was studied the pathogenetical aspects of the occurrence, course and progressing. Treatment strategy was elaboreted differential surgical correction of venous and lymph circulation together with simultaneous intervention on the trophic ulcer using its excision, staged closure with synthetic dressing, cutaneous autotransplant and complex rheabilitation treatment.
