185 patients with different forms of ischemic heart disease were investigated. The criteria of diagnostics of adaptive mechanisms to an ischemia-reperfusion, coronary-microcirculation unsufficiency, atherosclerosis of coronary arteries are determinated as depending of antiischemic, antireperfusion protection of heart. The modelling of acute vascular unsufficiency in the patients with ischemic heart disease allows to diagnose the consumption repefusion syndrome, stunned of a myocardium by peripheral repefusion, and cardiac protective precondition to peripheral repefusion. The peroxidation consumption syndrome in the acute myocardial infarctics patients is characterized by the complicated intercurrence of disease, manifestation of concomitant diseases, rise of diens and ceruloplasmine blood robe at the primal stage with the subsequent rise of one of these parameteres and later drop of a diens together with ceruloplasmine. Area of usage - cardiology. The findings of investigation is inserted in the practice of hospitals.
