Essay

Organizational, technological and managing processes of energy consumption during the life cycle of the civil buildings. The regularities of changing the energy consumption during the life cycle of the civil buildings when external influence on the system takes place and internal state of the system is considered have been found. Mutural influence of positively and negatively directed cash flows and consumption of energy resources has been determinated. The common model of the specific resources consumption and its detailization for different most important phases has been developed. Mutural influences and functions between technological parameters of production of the constructions, reconstruction of wide spread constructive and technological systems of civil buildings. There are data which confirm an efficianacy of scientifically proved propositions made by the author on the examples of fulfilled modernization of building objects in Ukraine and Russia.
