Essay

The organisational economic relations arising at the enterprises of a corporate type during management by their activity concerning attraction of resources, their use and distribution of added value. A substantiation and development of the mechanism of an estimation of resultativeness of activity of the enterprises of a corporate type functioning in conditions of transitive economy. The index of the added value is offered as a criterion of the resultativeness of corporative management, on the basis of which the parameters of efficiency for the enterprises of corporative type are modeled. The model of management of the indices of influence on the factors, that provide the project level of the labour payment is created. The models of determination of the border parameters of these indices are created. The principles of formation of dividend policy of the joint-stock company in the conditions of the transient economy are determined and the integral index of the dividend potential of joint-stock company iscreated. Sphere of use is the management of activity of joint-stock company.
