In the dissertation on the basis of study of the extensive domestic and foreign scientific literature, analysis of the legal acts, archival documents, materials of press the complex analysis of political system and law on Bukovina during stay it in a composition of Austria is carried out. Besides the basic stages of development of the Austrian administration on Bukovina, their general signs and features are defined; are specified the periods of a history of the Austrian parliamentarism, the features and importance of Bukovina's representation in the Austrian parliament for development of country are disclosed; the status of the Ukrainian language in Austria is analyzed; are made out the contents, structure and features of system of local government on Bukovina; the bases and features of the judicial system on Bukovina, contents and forms of legal assistance are covered; the activity of the law-enforcement agencies (prosecutor's office, police, gendarmerie) is analyzed; the features of including Bukovina in legal space of Austria are proved; the basic directions and volume of influence of the Austrian right on Bukovina is specified; the contents and importance of legal education on Bukovina is disclosed.
