Essay

The dissertation contains information about structure and functial characteristics of erythrocyte membranes, cyclic nucleotid system, hemodynamic and microcirculation in the pathogenesis of initial stages of chronic cerebrovascular disease (initial forms of cerebrovascular deficiency and initial discirculatory encephalopathy). On the basis of complex investigations microcirculation ischemic-hypoperfusion disturbances, endothelial dysfunction by correlation NO/endothelin-1, levels of factor tumor necrosis alpha have been revealed. Disturbances of cell-membrane homeostasis are characterized by changes in c-AMP/c-GMP index, lipid peroxidation and cholesterosis of erythrocyte membranes, transport of Na+, K+, Ca2+, correlation of ATP and 2,3-DPG, lowering activity of glutation enzymes, changes of erythrocyte structure.
