Melnik E. Civil law protection of the intellectual property in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of problems of intellectual property subjective rights protection in Ukraine. In the dissertation problems of concept, attributes and systems of the intellectual property are being analyzed. Process of subjective rights registration, their action in time, their termination and the recognition of their invalidcition had being investigated. Problems of a legal status of the subject’s intellectual property rights, in particular, a problem of a legal nature of the right of the intellectual property, its contents, kinds and features are being determined and investigated. It is established, that the basic form of realization of mentioned before rights is civil law contracts, which in the dissertation are classified by the certain attributes. Foreshortened of new social and economic realities the basic problems of subjective rights of the intellectual property protection are determined. On the grounds of the dissertation's research results proposals on intellectualproperty rights improvement are developed.
