The object of the research: the process of formation of industrial enterprises investment activity strategy under conditions of structural and innovative transformations of Ukrainian economy; the purpose of the work: substantiating theoretical and methodological bases of industrial enterprises investment activity strategy formation and on their basis developing a complex of methodical maintenance with taking into account peculiarities of modern structural and innovative transformations in Ukraine which will promote making reproduction processes more active; methods and technique of the research equipment: the logic method, the systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, the system and structural analysis, the multidimensional factorial analysis, the method of neuron networks, the theory of fuzzy sets, methods of positioning with the help of chess matrices, expert estimations; the theoretical and practical results: the integration theory of strategic investment activity of enterprises, the thesis about the level of development and functioning of social and economic institute of investment, the concept of forming enterprises investment activity strategy, the system " the object - the project - the investor ", the scientific and methodological approach to forming real investment strategy of enterprises, brands strategy, a paradigm of strategic management of enterprises investment activity, the complex of methodical maintenance concerning investment attractiveness and susceptibility of industrial enterprises, economic efficiency of investment projects, the concept of information interaction of industrial enterprises with the environment during investment process, a technique of industrial enterprises reorganization, the methodical approach to enterprises investment image evaluation, a technique of choosing enterprise information interaction strategy, organizational and cultural mutual relations of an enterprise; the practical value of the results received consists in the fact that their introduction will promote increase of validity of enterprises investment activity strategy formation, efficiency of fixed production assets use and making information relations with the environment more active; the subject and the degree of introduction: the elaborations have been introduced into the work of the Committee for priority development territories issues in Lugansk region, Open Joint-Stock Company “Kharkiv Tractor Plant named after S. Ordzhonikidze”, Closed Joint-Stock Company "Plant “Juzhkabel”, State Enterprise “Kharkiv Mashinbuilding Plant “FED”, the Council for matters of a special mode of investment activity on the territory of the city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv Central Administration of economy and municipal property, joint-stock company " Kharkiv Machine Building Plant “Chervony Zhovten”, these elaborations have been used when developing “Strategy of social and economic development of Kharkiv region for the period till 2011”, they are applied in educational process at Kharkiv State University of Economics; sphere of use: industrial enterprises, bodies of regional administration and local self-government, educational process at higher educational establishments.
