Object: processes of development of SE in a region. Aim: development of theoretical-methodological bases of regional policy of organizational-economic support of SE. Methods: statistical analysis, comparative, factor analysis and economic-mathematical design, complex systems analysis of the economic phenomena and processes. Results: theoretical and methodological bases of existence of SE in modern market economy are developed and deep, new approaches to the use of infrastructure in the system of regional policy of support of SE are formulated. Use: at development of complex of recommendations on the rise of efficiency of regional policy of organizational and economic support of creation and development of SE.
