Ilchuk M. Economic directions of effective functioning of the dairy products subcomplex in Ukraine

The Object of the study: process of the development and efficiency of the operation enterprise milk production subcomplex of Ukraine and system organizing-economic relations between production and processing sphere at period of the formation of the market conditions of the management.The Purpose of the study: development theoretical, methodological and practical basis of the efficient development milk production subcomplex of Ukraine, which must be based on achievement harmonize of relations all participant food market to milk product, and provision to adaptation its enterprise to competitive market ambience.The Method: statistical grouping, correlation-retrogressive, monographic, constructive, balance, subscripted, economic and mathematical, normative.Theoretical and practical results: results of the study consist in processing the concrete offers, directed on increasing coordinated activity enterprise-integrator milk production subcomplex. They enable the management structure all level on scientifically argued base to provide efficient operation an milk production subcomplex in Ukraine on base of the system co-ordination to their activity, as well as attraction investment in system "stocking up provender - a nursing - a milking cow - a conservation - a milk realization". Scientific novelty: consists in theorist-methodological motivation and practical choice of the economic directions of the efficient operation milk production subcomplex and developments of the market ambience, development methodical toolbox for shaping made interindustry economic relations between agricultural commodity producer and milkplant. The Degree of the introduction: Results of the studies are used by Ministry agrarian politicians Ukraine, agricultural and milkconversion enterprise Kiev, Chernigovskoy and the other areas, research institutions and organ of regional management at development of the strategies of the shaping milk market and milk product and its operation in modern condition. The Developments on questions investment plan used in lease enterprise AF "Узинська" Belocerkovskogo region of the Kiev area privately and recommended to introduction in the other facilities of the area. Material of the study are used in scholastic process of the National agrarian university.Efficiency: recommendations and offers of the author will promote increasing of the effective functioning of milk production subcomplex in Ukraine.The Sphere, range of usage: agroindustrial complex of the Ukraine.
