Work is devoted to increase of efficiency of treatment of Peyronie's disease by development new techniques and improvement existed ones on the basis of complex study the reasons of occurrence and mechanisms of the formation of fibroplastic induration of penis. Introduction new conservative methods of treatment which have allowed to increase efficiency of therapy of disease on the average by 16-18 % is carried out. The surgical method of treatment is offered and indications and contra-indications for it are developed.
