The thesis research concerns the problem of the professional teacher training, which is observed as a specific system in the educational process of Poland. The author analyzed historical and psychologo-pedagogical aspects of the problem; discovered some basic prerequisites and objective necessity for the educational reforming in the country; developed the structure model of the teacher training in educational establishments; discovered the optimal trends and contents of the professional teacher training due to the new principles and the personalistic (subject) pedagogy; studied the specific peculiarities of Polish educational system.
