Based on the determing of the peculiarities changes in the immunological and L-arginin systems and their role in the pathogenesis of the development of preeclampsia were proposed the new approaches of prophylacxis and treatment this complication of pregnancy.This prophylactic and treatment methods allowed to decrease the frequency of complications in mother and fetus during pregnancy with preeclampsia.
