Essay

On the basis of treatment results of 3175 patients with acute cholecystitis analysis were done comparison of three cholecystectomy technologies: laparoscopic, open miniinvasive and open traditional. Introduction in clinical practice differentiated diagnostic and treatment tactics on the basis of clinical-morphological form determination, patient state severity with differential choice of technology and volume of surgical intervention with developed criteria consideration allows improve results of treatment. Postoperative complications decreased from 16,9% to 4,43% and mortality decreased from 1,15 % to 0,43 %.
