Makarchuk O. Anemia of pregnancy: pathogenesis, prophylaxis, treatment, prediction of complications and its prevention

Dissertation deal with problem of fetal antenatal protection in pregnant women with anemia of pregnancy. It has been established the grounds of pathogenesis of pregnancy anemia: reduction of immunological tolerance and immune response activation of fetal ovum antigens, hyperproduction of proinflammatory cytokines together with spreading of tissue injury. That displays in disturbance of liver proteins and tnxymic synthesis, lipoperoxidate activation, activation of organ-specific enzymes as hepatocytes cytolysis markers, dismetabolism of main biometalls which take part in hemopoiesis and quantitative and qualitative changes of different immunoglobulin classes in fractions of serum protein, discooperation of N- and D-lymphocytes, hygh titers of antiplacental antibodies and fixation of immune complexes on chorioncellular membranes, as well as structural changes of erythrocytes. Use of membranoprotectors, hepatoprotectors and immunomodulators in the complex treatment of pregnancy anemia makes functional state of hepatocytes, erythron system, cellular and humoral, immunity normal and affects of good fetal intrauterine state and decreases complications during pregnancy and in postpartus period.
