Essay

It has been researched scientific-applied problem of effectiveness' uprising of ecological safety control in mining regions by technogenic- transformated soils' state and their changes' after-effects. Solution of this problem is based on usage of fixed regularities' correlation in mining complexes' integrated level of effect on soils and their ecological stability. For this purpose it was used formed ecological monitoring system of soils, which have common boundaries with mining complexes. Methodological base of this system is formed on researched methods of these soils complex estimation. It were used traditional methods of soils' analysis as a base for modelling, system analysis, mathematical statistics and GIS-technologies in the process of these methods creation; it ensured the converting of soils' monitoring from bioecological level to the geosystematical one.
