Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of desorders of regulatory mechanisms of hemodynamics and biomechanics in patients with hypertension and improvement of treatment effectiveness on the base of this essesment. Decrease of heart rate variabillity observed in patient with hypertention related to presents of main risk factors. Autonomic nerve system in patient with hypertention try to attain steady stay balance. The desoders of heart rate variability in patients with hypertension are associated with hemodynamic changes, remodelling process of left ventricle and rate-adaptive reactions of cardio-vascular system. The desoders of autonomic regulation correlates this circadian changes of blood pressure and systolic disfunction of left ventricle. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
