Essay

It has been established that the anti-inflammatory action of ultrasound with the intensity of 0,1 V/cm2-0,3 V/cm2 is based on their properties to increase the cell and organism resistance to oxidation stress and to reduce the activity of membrane enzymes. Ultrasound with the intensity of 0,5 V/cm2 and 1,0 V/cm2 leads to the synergic with the inflammation changes of cell metabolize. The therapeutic effect of ultrasound on chronic tonsillitis is based on its property to initiate removing of genetically invalid epithelial cells from tonsils simultaneously with launching of regeneration and repopulation of normal diploid cells.
