Essay

In the dissertation the laws of democratic process in political systems arising under influence of changes of a degree of satisfaction of interests as of a society as a whole, and basic social groups are investigated. On the basis of the received essential attributes of democratic definiteness of social systems the definition of political participation in general, it conventional and non-conventional of the versions - in particular is formulated. The process of democratic political development is treated as movement of national political system from a not optimum parity of political capacities of the state and civil society to optimum.
