Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental investigations of creation peculiarities and regularities of radiation field of curved wire antennas with diverse configuration. The theory of analysis and constructive synthesis of loop and spiral antennas and experimental investigation methods are developed. The application software was created with program packages MathCAD and Borland Delphi for the calculation, automated analysis and modeling of characteristics of loop and spiral antennas, and antennas systems based on them, with help of generalized induced EMF method. The analytical approximated dependencies and the nomographs describing the correlation between the antenna's electrodynamic characteristics and geometrical parameters were made. They are developed and theoretically and experimentally investigated: loop radiators and their few element arrays; helical and spiral radiators and their modifications, allowing to form the radiation field with diverse polarization types.
