Objects of investigation - human buccal epithelium cells. The influence of such biologically active substances as adrenaline, noradrenaline, hydrocortisone, melatonine, insulin, inhibitor of RNA synthesis actinomoycin D, inhibitor of protein synthesis cycloheximide on state of compactization of chromatin in interphase nucleus an electronegativity of cell nuclei were shown. The influence of He-Ne laser light, ultraviolet and microwave radiation, electric fields on these parameters were also shown. Influence on human cell nucleus of physical training, circadian rhythm, and aging was also demonstrated. Changes in cell nucleus electric charge are connected with changes in chromatin state and are involved in mechanism of regulation of cell nucleus function
