Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to problems of defense of interests technogenic and natural accidents and ensuring of safety of objects and territories of heightened danger. Within the limits of given research analysis of causes of inflammability, fires, explosions and accidents by coal pits accidents, in nuclear plants, "Shelter" object and territories, contaminated by radionuclides of Chernobyl origin has been conducted. Identification of injurious factors of accident has been realized and limiting values of thermal radiation, temperatures, blast, mass part of carcinogenic elements and isotopes have been determined in accident process. Mechanism of generation and spreading of accident products in work zone air and environment has been revealed and studied in detail zones of dangerous conditions of work by liquidation of accidents and emergency situations in populated area have been displayed. From sanitary hygienic and radiological positions the set of parameters of injurious factors of accident for calculation of toxic doses and internal radiation doses of inhalation entrance of radioactive burning products in conditions of real fires has been grounded and evaluation of radiation surrounding and radioecological consequences of accidents in radioactively dangerous objects and territories has been carried out.
