Essay

The thesis considers the problem of formulation of didactic tasks during the pedagogical process of teacher's vocational training. This problem corresponds to contemporary search in the field of vocational training of teachers. The work characterizes the strategy of teacher's vocational training on the background of pedagogical and psychological education in Poland at the turn of XX and XXI centuries and common regulations of contemporary civilization. The strategy appeared as a result of many years of practice in institute of higher education with students during studies on didactics, with second higher education students and ten-year empirical researches and their analysis.
