Essay

The block-hierarchical principle of modeling of structures and analysis of functions of multilayered substrates and multiconductor waveguide integrated constructions is realized and the complex decision of the boundary and schemotechnical problems at designing of multilayered microwave integrated circuits is presented. The unified element base for construction of decomposition schemes of simulated structures is proposed and the scattering matrixes of base elements of a various level of adequacy are developed. On the diacoptic principles with use of effective cyclic algorithms operating on recurrent formulas with scattering matrixes the set of methods of the circuits analysis and calculation of Green's functions of substrates in procedures of quasi-static, quasi-dynamic and electrodynamic modeling is developed. The methods and algorithms of the strict numerical and simplified analytical solving of integral and dispersion equations are proposed. The results of modeling and experimental research of elements, components and integrated devices are given.
