Essay

It is shown that the reaction of immune system on stress influence of organophosphorous pesticides (OPP) and synthetic plant growth regulators (PGR) at toxicogenic stage consists in formation of macrodispersed circulatory immune complexes (CIC), metabolic activation of neuthrophiles, elimination of CIC by the cells of the macrophage system. Under condition of chronic influence cyclophos and simarp cause Т-type immunodeficiency and brake an immune answer for an additional antigen stimulus. It's first established that pathogenesis of delayed neurotoxic effect (DNE) of the aphos and threeortocresilphosphate is conditioned by violations of autoimmune reactions of organism. Direct dependence between the degree of autoimmune violations and expressed of the clinical signs of DNE is discovered. Immunodepressor cyclophosphane and hemocarboperfusion brake the DNE development and prevents paresises and paralyses development. Approaches are substantiated in relation to regulation of chemical substances in environmental objects by immunological criteria of harmful action.
