The main aim of the dissertation is the synthesis of new high-performance and low-toxic compounds with potential antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, neuroleptic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, anabolic, tocolytic, analeptic, wound healing and anti-ischemic activities among the derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole-5-ilthions and 4H-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole, establishing of regularity of ties between chemical structure and biological effect and application of new effective drugs on basis of derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole to practice.
