The theoretical general conclusion and the new solution of the scientific problem which is to reveal the dissertation focuses on the issues of optimal diagnostic and therapeutic approach choice for treating patients with surgical pathology of hepatopancreatoduodenal area organs complicated with acute hepatic failure, multiple organ failure. The dissertation consist of two parts: the experimental and clinical ones. The experiment wich formed acute hepatic failure, multiple organ failure caused by jaundice. Acute hepatic failure, multiple organ failure onsed periods, biochemical and immunological indised changes, lipid peroxydation and antioxydant protection state, liver histostructurechang as well as feedback potentialities both in case of use of bioorganisation different level cellular-tissue preparation such as cryopreservative xenohepatocytes, xenospleen, lyophilised liver, cerebrum, by means of solitary and conjugate their application were studied. The obtained results underlay the patogenetic treatment of 447 patients, among them there was chosen 86 multiple organ. Infusion-transfusion therapy, extracorporal detoxication, hemobiosorbtion, enterosorbtion, antegrade biliostomy made possible to operate 58 patients of 86 patients. The death rate was 16,86% of the patogenetic treatment of 447 patients. The field is medicine.
