Object of research: agriculture and relations, connected with agrarian reform and shaping agrarian politicians in Czech Republic, partly - other country CEE and Ukraine. The purpose of research: development and improvements theoretical, methodological base and conceptual approach in processing and realization of the agrarian reform, shaping new agrarian politicians, development of their measures, action and institutional provision, practical recommendation and offers on base of the study, systematizations and generalizations of the experience, theoretical and practical life lengths of the Czech republic, as well as the other countries CEE. Methods: monographic, distractedly-logical, accounting-constructive, statistical-economic, benchmark analysis. Theoretical and practical results: executed studies can become scientific, methodological base and example at devel-opment and decision making for improvements, developments and deepening the agrarian reform, market transformation, development new domestic agrarian politicians. Scientific novelty: For the first time: is formed theorist-methodological base and particularities of the phased realization of the agrarian reform, shaping state agrarian politicians on base quotient to property and market relations in Czech Republic. It Is Advanced: normative system-legal acts for equivalent return materially-resource of the facilities former owner, or their change other type facilities, money compensation; the principles of the regulation of the economic relations of the commodity producers to agricultural product and its industrial conversion for the reason provision interest of economic structures in the general efficient activity. Degree of introduction: designed to recommendations and offers was given for practical use organ state management, business structure, public association. The Results of the study were used in scholastic process in LSAU.
