Essay

The thesis is the first in the Ukrainian science synthesised and systematic investigation of the process of the formation and development of the teaching methods of the Ukrainian language. At secondary school diach ronically which is built on the basis of the scientifical and theoretical analysis. For the first time the retrospective analysis of the process of authentical methodological idea of the national education in Ukraine of XVI - XX is given. The pedagogical theory is riched with scientific knowledge about the evolution of the aim, subject, methods, forms and means of education. The problems which were examined by pedagogues and methodists during a certain period of time were also enlightened in this thesis. The ideas of scientists and teachers-practitioners as to the subject, forms and methods of education are shown. New method guids, textbooks, articles that were not analysed before were put into scientific use. The periodization of the development of the teaching methods of the Ukrainian language is created.
