Poluyanov V. Organizational-economic mechanism for increasing the efficiency the enterprises of municipal services

Object of the study is processes of the provision to efficiency housing-public facilities in its element, territorial and branch aspect. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions on improvement organizing-economic mechanism and development recommendation on increasing of efficiency enterprise housing-public facilities. Methods of research are comparative and statistical analysis, logical generalization, balance. Theoretical and practical results: decision of the scientific problems with market reformation and improvements organizing-economic mechanism of increasing to efficiency of the operation domestic enterprise housing-public facilities and branches in new condition of the management as a whole. Novelty is theoretical motivation to holistic scientific concept of the improvement and introduction in practical person organizing-economic mechanism, capable to provide increasing to efficiency to activity public enterprise. Degree of the introduction by: Committee of Verhovna Rada Ukraine with questions fuel-energy complex, nucleus politicians and nucleus safety, Committee of Verhovna Rada Ukraine with questions of the budget, State committee of the Ukraine with questions housing-public facilities, JC "Hvilya", municipal unitary enterprise "Vodokanal" Batayska Rostovskoy area (Russia). Branch of application is enterprises housing-public facilities.
