Pavelkiv R. The Development of Moral Consciousness and Self-consciousness at a Junior School Age.

The research deals with the study of peculiar functioning of moral consciousness and moral self-consciousness at a junior school age as well as with the analysis of how these phenomena develop during the age under investigation. The thesis elucidates philosophical and psychological foundations of morals, analyses the essence of moral norm which is considered as an element of individual consciousness. The scientific theories of study the rules of moral constructs formation and mechanism of functioning of age distinctive features are discovered in the work. The results of experimental analysis of the cognitive-valuable and emotional components of junior school age children's moral consciousness and development peculiarities of moral self-consciousness structure are reflected in the thesis.
