Essay

The problems of a role of political formation and civil education in political process are studied. Dynamics of a political life is esteemed as process of transformation of a composite system on the basis of collimating to the citizen of the status of the fissile subject a political pattern. The thought is substantiated that the citizen is objective needs the known norm of political knowledge and skills to know how to determine the concerns, is conscientious to lend support to democratic values and institutes.
