Essay

Project covers theoretical generalization and solutions problem scientific and technical substantiation of biological conversion of organic raw material of agrosystems in artificial condition with the production of mushrooms. Kinetic of decomposition organic raw material during fermentation is determined. Mathematical model of disintegrating compost and substrate pin drum is improved. Dynamic of process increase of temperature of compost during fermentation in indoors is determined, influence of external pressure for compact of substrate and relative deformation is given. Dynamic model changing of temperature of substrate and air in mushroom growing is elaborated. Demands for scheme installation and main parameters of heat utilization are given. Function schemes and algorithms for creation of microclimate of construction for growing of mushrooms are elaborated. Technological process and equipment for production of compost and substrate for growing mushrooms are elaborated.
