Dolzhenkov O. Transformation of political systems of Ukraine and Belarus: comparative analysis.

In the thesis the achievement and analytical opportunities of comparative politics are systematized and the basic parameters of the binary analysys of a political situation in Ukraine and Belarus are formulated. The characteristic features of systematic political transformation in a context of modern democratization and during transitive political development of two post-Soviet countries are determined. General and especial, common and different in transformational processes in Ukraine and Belarus is clarified. Typological characteristics of political regimes under conditions of post-Soviet political development are revealed. On the comparison basis of transformation processes of political systems in Ukraine and Belarus, positive and negative aspects of political experience are allocated with the purpose of optimization of the Ukrainian's state construction.
