The dissertation is devoted to objective assesment of results of sanatorium treatment with the help of methods express polysystemic sanogenetic monitoring - spiroarteriocardiorhythmography and laser correlation spectroscopy. Objective definition is based on a methodological current estimation of simultaneous polysystemic study of a functional condition of systems of the constitution, support of contractive function of the heart, support of the arterial pressure, systemic hemodynamics and autonomic maintenance of the heart, systolic and diastolic arterial pressure and respiration, and also humoral and tissue homeostasis according to precisely developed unified algorithm. The use of the unified algorithm of polysystemic study has allowed to define peculiarities of coupling of functional voltage in pathologies of the locomotor system, heart, vessels, autonomic disorders, diseases of the upper respiratory tract and endocrine systems, and on their basis to develop criteria of an estimation of efficiency of rehabilitation actions at the stage of sanatorium treatment. Approbation of polysystemic sanogenetic monitoring in dynamics of rehabilitation of patients with a different pathology has allowed to establish, that the received estimation makes the results of sanatorium treatment objective, and predicts reliably the further course of the disease that has significant practical value both for the increase of efficiency of rehabilitation actions and differenciated choice of treatment methods.
