Bodnar T. Theoretical problems of performance of contractual obligations (civil aspect).

The dissertation contains complex analysis of general theoretical and practical problems related to the performance of contractual obligations, determination of the effectiveness of civil law regulations of relations connected with their performance, and the justification for proposals and recommendations aimed at improvement and correct application of the rules of contract law. The author addresses the conditions, elements and principles of proper performance of contractual obligations, demonstrates the dynamics of contractual obligations at the stage of its performance, and clarifies the peculiarities of performance of certain types of obligations.
