The paper is a theoretical – experimental research of the problem in the contents and technology of the teaching methodology of the Ukrainian language in the senior forms specializing in the science. The paper develops the new trend – the cognitive teaching methodology of the Ukrainian language based on the sociocultural, communicative – active, functional – stylistic approaches. The paper scientifically substantiates conceptive approaches to the choice of the contents of teaching and its adequate forms, methodology and means of teaching.
