Essay

Thesis is devoted to resolve one of the actual cardiological problems - diagnostic approach improvement for heart failure by using transthoracic echocardiography method in patients with heart valvular disease. Structural and functional status of left and right ventricles and left and right atria were investigated in patients with different stages of aortic stenosis, aortic insufficiency, mitral stenosis, mitral insufficiency and their combinations in patients with heart valvular disease and heart failure.
