Korshun M. Hygienic substantiation of preventive measures for combined action of ionizing irradiation and chemical pollutants of soil

The peculiarities of toxicodynamics, dependence "dose-time-effect" and main units of pathogenesis of long-term combined action of multicomponent combination of soil pollutants (pesticides of different chemical groups, nitrates, lead and cadmium) and fractional total gama-irradiation were established in radiotoxicological experiments. It was shown that summation effect prevails in combined action of examined factors. Criteria for early detection were established and the reference scale for evaluating functional status of organism in case of simultaneous action of ionizing irradiation and environmental chemical pollutants was proposed. The mechanisms for oxidative-antioxidant equilibrium disturbances in case of combined action of chemical and gama-irradiation were established and the efficiency of special food allowance with antioxidative effects for its correction was confirmed. The methodology for quantitative hygienic regulation was elaborated. Algorithm for regional regulation of pesticide usage inareas polluted with irradiation was proposed.
